Groups or Teams: Groups are welcome to volunteer for this opportunity. Every person must be signed up on the portal as part of the team. Groups are not guaranteed to stay together during the shift. Please contact volunteer@earthx.org to coordinate group volunteering.
Need to know
Please dress comfortably in business casual attire and kindly commit to staying for the entire volunteer shift. Volunteers will receive a badge and lanyard. Snacks, coffee, and water will be available; we recommend bringing your own refillable water bottle.
Volunteer hours verification must be done on-site on the day of your assigned project. Please bring any documentation with you to be signed by the Volunteer Manager upon completion of your shift.
A Know Before You Go email with additional information and a map of the venue will be provided during the week prior to the event.
Time Commitment: The majority of shifts are 3 hours in length. Due to the nature of the volunteer opportunity, we ask that volunteers participate for the entirety of the shift. Check-in begins 30 minutes before shift times. Volunteers must be checked in no later than ten minutes after the start time of their shift.
Volunteers must be at least 16 years in age.
